  • Fingerprinting of organic matter and bioaccumulation of organic pollutants using fatty acid biomarkers and stable isotopes in aquatic environment, aiming at identifying sources, transport processes, and the fate of organic matter in aquatic systems.
  • Aquatic pollution and environmental contaminants, cycling of nutrients and organic matter in aquatic ecosystems.
  • Clean Energy in Urban and Rural areas.
